Restoring live FX trading connectivity
The Django platform lost its link to the FXall trading network with an error nobody could reproduce. I traced it on production to a corrupt timestamp in a session file.
Result: trading restored, plus automated monitoring and self-healing so it can't silently fail again.

Rebuilding the platform's infrastructure on AWS
Moved domains, certificates and hosting in-house onto AWS, added WAF and CloudFront, fixed database encoding and indexes, and introduced CI/CD with automated code review.
Result: less reliance on outside IT partners, stronger security, faster queries and quicker releases.

Self-service deployments across five servers
Every release waited for a sysadmin to copy code by hand. I built "FlixBot", a dashboard and rollout script that deploys automatically across all five servers.
Result: developers ship and test on their own, and the tool is still in daily use.

Automating Salesforce ↔ Trello sync
Two full-time staff were copying updates between the support CRM and the developers' boards. Off-the-shelf sync tools couldn't handle the custom fields, so I wrote one.
Result: far fewer errors, and both people moved on to more valuable work.

Opening up data with Power BI
Only developers with database access could see the numbers. I built Power BI dashboards with automatic refresh and scheduled reports for the wider team.
Result: non-technical staff use live data to make decisions, with less manual reporting.

Connecting the CRM to the analytics platform
Client data was re-keyed by hand between GoldVision (CRM) and PMC Analytics. We built a two-way, automated sync with field mapping between them.
Result: no more manual transfers and one accurate view of every client.

Taking back control of the company website
The WordPress site was run by an outside consultant with no staging or reliable backups. I moved it into the company's own AWS environment and upgraded it.
Result: a smooth migration, full ownership of code and data, and a safer, up-to-date site.

Finding a silent data-import failure
A product-feed importer ran without errors but stopped loading new data. Experienced developers were stuck; I spotted that the table's ID column had hit MySQL's INT limit and fixed it with a BIGINT key.
Result: imports back on track and client deadlines kept.
